Returns & Refunds
At MAGHomeDesigns, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products made with care and precision. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within clear and fair conditions.

Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
• The item is unused, uncut, and in its original packaging.
• The product is not custom-painted, trimmed, or altered in any way.
• You can provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Please note:
Because our products are often made-to-order, custom-cut, or painted upon request, such items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Important:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and these costs are typically around 30% of the original order value due to the size and packaging requirements of our products.
We strongly advise customers to check their measurements and selections carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
• These return costs are usually about 30% of the original order value, as LED baseboards and moldings require large protective packaging.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if production or shipment has not yet begun.
Once your order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
