Order Processing
• All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-made, painted, or cut-to-size items may require 3–7 business days for preparation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
• Belgium & Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• France, Germany, Luxembourg: 2–5 business days
• Other EU Countries: 2–5 business days
• International Orders: 2–5 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are always included in the price.
There are no additional costs on the website — you pay what you see.
Packaging & Protection
We use strong, reinforced packaging designed to protect long and delicate items such as LED baseboards and crown moldings.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs or import taxes may apply.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, as they vary by country and are beyond our control.
Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or absence at delivery, the buyer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
